Catalina 22 Texas Circuit

THE BEGINNING
The Texas Circuit was discussed in
1999 at
one of the local regattas. At that time David Hayslip volunteered to put
together a program for discussion at a later event when several areas of Texas
were represented.
On May 7, 2000 David presented the program for
discussion at the close of the Texas State Genoa Championship regatta held at
Arlington Yacht Club.
After discussion it was decided to give David's
proposal a try and make it retroactive to our first regatta of the year, the
Mayor's Cup held at Grapevine Sailing Club on April 15 & 16, 2000.
